CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. Choosing to support a local grower through a CSA program is rewarding for both the grower and the member. Early funds, through the sale of prepaid weekly produce, allows the grower to expand and experiment with varieties and growing techniques and also customize the experience for their members. Joining a CSA is so much more than weekly produce; it’s access to a group dedicated to what they do. Producers and members form a bond while sharing their knowledge, experience, and talents, creating a community that reaches beyond the garden.
